Cancellation Policy
Due to the high demand at Heart & Soul Beauty Lounge, our booking system requires a credit card on file to schedule and ensure your appointment. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s). Per this policy, no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
All guests receive a confirmation text and email 3 days prior to their appointment, and an additional notification the day of their appointment. Please be sure to confirm your appointment, and if you must cancel or reschedule, this is the time to do so. Appointments that are are not confirmed will not be guaranteed.
